    Diving mallard by Mary Collins
Come and help the Mallards look for more pineapples - they've mislaid the last one!
    • Meet at the Lakeside Centre, where you'lll find binbags and litterpickers.
    • The weather forecast is looking good, at the moment - but this is Manchester and who knows what will happen! Best to dress for every season, especially footwear...
    • Wear gardening gloves, if you have them - as the council can only provide latex gloves.
    • Don't pick up any sharp objects - glass, needles, knives or weapons. Photograph them and report it, instead.
    • Remember, we work in pairs for social and safety reasons.
Disclaimer: No animals were injured in the making of this post.
Litterpicks are every First Tuesday and Third Saturday of the month.
